JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up against the relieving order dated 30.5.2009. The said relieving order is founded on the basis of order dated 20.5.2008. Both these orders have been challenged in the present writ petition. It is, therefore, evident that the petitioner is relieved way back in May, 2009.
In view of this there is no occasion for this Court to interfere with the impugned order at this stage, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
