Hon'ble Dinesh Maheshwari,J.
Argument is that petitioner was given appointment on contract basis for a period of five years but this year (last month) he has not been permitted to work.
Sri Gautam Baghel, learned Advocate appeared for respondent no. 2. He may obtain instruction and apprise this court the correct fact.
Put up this matter on 20th August, 2014, as fresh.
Petitioner will take steps to serve respondent no. 3 personally and file affidavit of service.
