This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the Complaint Case No. 140 of 2002 (Smt. Chandrawati Vs. Siriya and others) u/s 394 I.P.C., Police Station-Sumerpur, District-Hamirpur, pending before the Special Judge (D.A.A. Act), Hamirpur.
From a perusal of the allegations made in the complaint and which have been reiterated by the opposite party No.2 in her statement under Section 200 Cr.P.C., it cannot be possibly said that the commission of offences is not evidenced.
The prayer for quashing is consequently refused. The interim order is discharged.
