Both parties have stated that they are compromised the matter as per the terms and conditions agreed between them as stated in ASMP.No.1919 of 2014 and the terms of compromise are recorded.
Accordingly, ASMP.No.1919 of 2014 is allowed recording the terms of compromise between the parties. Consequently, A.S.No.1917 of 2002 is disposed of accordingly.
