ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in taking action on the representation, dated 25.11.2013, of the petitioner against respondent Nos.6 and 7 occupying grazing poramboke land in Survey Nos.152 and 154/2 admeasuring Acs.14.00 of Chinarikatla Village, Konakanametla Mandal, Prakasam District as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not present.
The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue (AA), on instructions, submitted that on the representation of the petitioner, respondent No.5 along with the Revenue Inspector, Mandal Surveyor and Village Revenue Officer inspected Survey Nos.152 and 154/2 which are classified as vaagu and grazing poramboke respectively and that on measuring the lands, they have found that no encroachments have been made by respondent Nos.6 and 7. He further submitted that a board was put up to the effect that no one shall enter the said lands.
The above submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader are placed on record and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45378 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
