Gopalaswamy-Adv. for R2) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to declare that the scheme called “Chandra Layout” in respect of item No.1 to 3 of schedule properties situated at Kempapura Agrahara Village, Kasaba Hobli, Bengaluru North Taluk vide preliminary notification dated 30.7.1977 issued by R-2 (Annex-A) and Final Notification dated 10.5.1978 issued by the R-1 (Annex- B) are lapsed under Section 27 of the Bangalore Development Authorities Act and grant all consequential relief/s thereto and to declare further that the acquisition proceedings in respect of item No.1 to 3 of schedule properties situated at Kempapura Agrahara village, Kasaba Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk vide preliminary notification dated 30.7.1977 issued by the R-2(Annex-A and final notification dated 10.5.1978 issued by the R-1(Annex-B) are lapsed under Section 24 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 and grant all consequential relief/s thereto.

O R D E R Petitioner has filed a Memo seeking to withdraw the Writ petitions.
