Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed against the order dated 6.2.2020 passed in S.T. No. 88 of 2019 (State Vs. Hans Raj Chauhan and others) arising out of case crime nO. 65 of 2012, under sections 147, 323, 332, 353, 341, 336, 427, 325, 307 IPC and section 7 Crl. Law Amendment Act, Police Station Saiyad Raja, District Chandauli by which the applicant's discharge application has been rejected by the court below.
Prima facie case is made out against the applicant. No interference is warranted, at this stage.
The present application is dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
