JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is unfortunate that since last about 3-4 occasions learned Assistant Government Pleader has to seek time only on the sole ground that report is not received from CEPT. Today Mrs.Hansa Punani, learned Assistant Government Pleader, also reiterates the same request.
As a last chance in order to see that the earlier order in this matter is complied with in its true letters and spirit, S.O. to 03.02.2012.
