Heard Mr. Braham Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 18.5.2018, wherein the legal notice has been wrongly mentioned as 16.4.2014 in the seventh line of the third paragraph of the order dated 18.5.2018.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the correct date of legal notice is 16.7.2014, which has rightly been mentioned in the second line of the same paragraph. He, therefore, submits that aforesaid mistake occurring in the order dated 18.5.2018 be corrected.
Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
In place of the date 16.4.2014 occurring in the seventh line of the third paragraph of the order dated 18.5.2018, the date 16.7.2014 shall be read.
This order shall form part of the earlier order dated 18.5.2018.
With the aforesaid directions, this correction application is disposed of.
