By means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to decide the application/ representation dated 25.6.2019.
Counsel for the respondent has no objection in case a direction is issued to decide the application/ representation dated 25.6.2019.
In view of the above the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to decide the application/ representation of the petitioner dated 25.6.2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
