Sirajbhai vs State

As the applicant has not complied with the order of maintenance passed by the trial Court, the trial Court awarded 660 days imprisonment to the applicant. He is in jail since more than one year. The jail authority is directed to give necessary instructions to the applicant for preferring appropriate application for parole before the authority. With the above direction, this application is disposed of. Copy of this order be given to the learned APP.
