In compliance of the earlier order of this Court, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions which is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.
By means of the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:
(a) issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to take necessary action against the unauthorized occupants for the removal of illegal encroachment so made by them over the bunger land (bearing Arazi No. 877 area 0.125 hect.) vested in the Gaon Sabha situated at Village Badagaon Pargana Anguli, Tahsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur.
In the instructions placed today before this Court, there is report of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Shahganj, Jaunpur to the effect that with regard to land of Arazi No. 877 four cases have been registered under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against the alleged encroachers as Case No. T201914360103155, T201914360103156, T201914360103157 and T201914360103159 .
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed. However, it is expected that the proceedings drawn against the alleged encroachment shall be concluded as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the petition is consigned to records.
