Present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 24.8.2016 as well as the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No. 401 of 2018 (Earlier Case No. 4648 of 2015) (Smt. Shameem Bano Vs. Siraj Ahmad Kuraishi), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498A IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Rura, District Kanpur Dehat, pending in the court of Second Additional Civil Judge (S.D.), Kanpur Dehat.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that matter had already been settled between the parties and a copy of the compromise application dated 19.8.2019 filed before the court below is appended at page 62-63.
Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 states that the matter has already been compromised and both the husband and wife are residing together since 2017.
In view of the above, proceedings of Complaint Case No. 401 of 2018 (Earlier Case No. 4648 of 2015) (Smt. Shameem Bano Vs. Siraj Ahmad Kuraishi), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498A IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Rura, District Kanpur Dehat are hereby quashed.
The application stands allowed.
