Sri M.A. Siddique, holding brief of Sri Zaid Arshad, learned counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit which is taken on record.
Sri Nitin Srivastava, learned AGA states that in compliance of the Court's order dated 02.08.2014, he has sent a fax to Senior Superintendent of Police, Allahabad on 11.08.2014 to file a counter affidavit in the present matter but he has not responded the same.
The Senior Superintendent of Police, Allahabad is directed to appear in person today at 3.00 P.M. before this Court to show cause as to why action be not taken against him for defying the earlier order of this Court dated 02.08.2014 despite the communication sent by learned Government Advocate on 11.08.2014.
Sri Nitin Srivastava, learned AGA is directed to inform the learned Government Advocate about this order and communicate the same to S.S.P, Allahabad forthwith.
Put up the matter today at 3.00 P.M.

Heard Sri M.A. Siddique, holding brief of Sri Zaid Arshad, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Akhilesh Singh, learned Government Advocate.
It has been informed by the learned Government Advocate that before the recess, the Court has summoned the S.S.P., Allahabad to be present at 3.00 P.M. today. He stated that the S.S.P, Allahabad is on medical leave today and in his place Sri Arun Kumar Panday, S.P. Crime Branch, Allahabad is officiating as S.S.P., who is present in the Court and he is unable to give any explanation regarding non-compliance of the Court's order dated 02.08.2014 which was communicated by him on 11.08.2014.
Taking into account the said fact, the matter is adjourned for Tuesday i.e. 09.09.2014 on which date the S.S.P. Allahabad shall be personally present before this Court and also directed to file his personal affidavit by means of counter affidavit in compliance of the Court's order dated 02.08.2014 and further stating the reason for not responding the fax sent to him on 11.08.2014 by the Government Advocate for compliance of this Court's order dated 02.08.2014.
Put up on Tuesday i.e. 09.09.2014.
Office is directed to supply a copy of this order to learned Government Advocate for its compliance.
