JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner complains of an unauthorised construction made by the 3rd respondent from which, he is conducting a business. According to the petitioner, he has sold only two shop rooms to the 3rd respondent from the commercial building owned by him. Though the petitioner has submitted Exts.P2 and P4 complaints to the 2nd respondent regarding the unauthorised construction made by the 3rd respondent, he complains that no action has been taken thereon, till date.
2.Heard. Ext.P4 is the last complaint submitted by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent. Ext.P5 is the acknowledgment issued, for receipt thereof. Since Ext.P5 is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is sufficient that this writ petition is disposed of directing the complaint to be disposed of expeditiously. In the above view of the matter, I do not consider it necessary to issue notice to respondents 2 and 3. The learned Government Pleader appears for the 1st respondent.
This writ petition is therefore, disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the complaint of the petitioner set out in Ext.P4, in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, if necessary after conducting an inspection of the site and W.P.(C) No.30778 of 2014 2 ascertaining the nature of the unauthorised construction made, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent. Orders in accordance with the above directions shall be issued, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of four weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
