The petitioner is aggrieved with the pendency of motor accidents claim filed as OP(MV)752/2010 before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thalassery. The petitioner would be entitled to move an application for early disposal and the Tribunal could then take up the matter, only in accordance with pendency of claim applications pending before it and also taking into consideration, the priority as to the year in which the applications pending were filed. The original petition is disposed of.
