ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction, more particularly, a writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not permitting to catch the fish from the fishing tanks under the area of the operation of the petitioner-society as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner-society for catching fish from the fishing tanks under the area of the operation of the petitioner-society by duly accepting the lease amounts that were paid by the petitioner-society.”
Sri L.V.S.Nagaraju, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 01.12.2014, to the Registry, wherein he has informed that he is instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition.
At the hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries (Andhra Pradesh) invited the Court’s attention to order, dated 10.09.2013, of this Court passed in WPMP.No.31137 of 2013 in Writ Petition No.25247 of 2013, wherein direction was issued to the Fisheries authorities to departmentally take up the fishing operations maintaining strict records thereof and remit the proceeds into the account of the petitioner-society. The amounts so credited shall be disbursed by the authorities to the members of the petitioner-society strictly as per their entitlement.
In the light of the above interim direction, the Writ Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the direction to the Fisheries authorities to strictly comply with the above-mentioned interim order, dated 10.09.2013.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.31137 of 2013 is dismissed as infructuous.
