1. After some arguments, Mr.Sathish Parasaran, learned Senior Counsel, who appears for the appellant, seeks permission to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to approach the respondents for extension of time for submitting the bid.
2. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to approach the respondents. We make it clear that this is not a direction of the Court to the respondents. The respondents will be free to exercise their own discretion in the matter. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
