JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.328 of 2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The petitioner has given a complaint, which was registered in Crime No.328 of 2016 as against the accused under Section 406 and 420 of I.P.C.
4.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) was directed to file status report and today, status report has been filed by the respondent police. As per the status report, there was some progress in the investigation and the respondent is hopeful of filing a final report within a short span of time.
5. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is allowed with a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.328 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
