JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this writ petition came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the writ petition reserving the liberty with the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with proper pleadings after correcting the numerous typographical errors in the writ petition. Leave granted as prayed for and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, reserving the liberty with the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition in relation to the same subject matter. sd/- P. N.
