In the face of the objection raised by the learned Government Pleader, since the issue in the writ petition concerns itself with the service conditions of the teachers in the Government School, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a leave to file before the Kerala Administrative Tribunal. Accordingly, leave is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
