JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the writ jurisdiction of this Court for commanding respondents 2 to 4 to consider Exts.2, 3, 5 and 6 complaints and to register crime against the accused.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the statement filed by the investigating officer.
3. It seems that one crime has already been registered. According to the investigating officer, there is no involvement of the accused in any other offences. It seems that the police have made certain enquires. Presently, the W.P.(C) No.18111 of 2013 -: 2 :-
petitioner is not satisfied with the enquiry conducted by the police. It seems that the petitioner has got some specific allegations against the accused. In such a circumstance, it is open to the petitioner to file a private complaint in the matter for ventilating her grievance, if any.
With the above observation, this writ petition is closed.
