When the application came up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the statement filed by Deputy Superintendent of Police, Neyyattinkara that as per order No.D1-10192/2014 T dated 15.03.2014, further investigation was ordered and Inspector of Police, Parassala has been entrusted with further investigation, the above facts may be recorded and the petition can be closed. The above submission of the Counsel for the petitioners and the statement of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Neyyattinkara as extracted above are recorded and the petition is closed.
