This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents herein have wilfully disobeyed Annexure A1 interim order delivered by this Court on 4.7.2014 in W.P.(C) No.15187 of 2014. 2. When the contempt case came up for hearing today, Sri.George Sebastian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after the contempt case was filed, the writ petition itself was disposed of affirming Annexure A1 interim order and thereupon, arrears of salary and allowances were disbursed to the petitioner.
In such circumstances, I find no grounds to entertain the contempt case. It is accordingly closed.
