This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in passing order and conducting enquiry as remanded vide proceedings CS3/149/2011, dated 08-
12-2011, and suspending the authorization vide proceedings Rc.B.3321/10, dated 22-11-2010, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently, set aside the same.”
At the hearing, Ms.P.Vijaya Kumari, learned Counsel representing Mrs.P.Padmavathi, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.36873 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
