Order:
This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that despite order, dated 21-02-2012, in W.P.No.4209 of 2012, respondent No.2 has not been completing the enquiry and passing final order after the case was remanded by respondent No.1.
A perusal of the record shows that in W.P.No.4209 of 2012, filed by the petitioner against Order, dated 08-12-2011, of respondent No.1 remanding the case to respondent No.2, this Court, while declining to interfere with the said order, however, directed respondent No.2 to conduct an enquiry in the presence of the petitioner duly examining the sales register and ration cards and providing an opportunity to the petitioner and conclude the entire enquiry.
As noted above, the only grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that respondent No.2 has not been concluding the enquiry. In my opinion, as a direction has already been given by this Court for conclusion of enquiry, if respondent no.2 fails to conclude the same within a reasonable time, the appropriate remedy for the petitioner is to file a Contempt Case. Therefore, while treating this Writ Petition as wholly misconceived, the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of Contempt.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.43818 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
