Counter affidavit filed today, the same may be placed on record. The petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit, the same may also be placed on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted 10 days time to file rejoinder affidavit.

Learned Standing Counsel states that the impugned notification dated 14.9.2011 is for three posts, namely, Sinchpal, Sinch Paryavekshak and Tindail. In the writ petition, the dispute raised is only in respect of Sinchpal and Sinch Paryavekshak and no dispute has been raised in respect of Tindail. The interim order be modified to the extent confining to Sinchpal and Sinch Paryavekshak.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the aforesaid submission.
In view of the above, the interim order is modified to the extent that it will be applicable only in the case of Sinchpal and Sinch Paryavekshak. Till the next date of listing, the interim order shall continue.
