Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain important documents regarding the age of the girl, however, which are not available at this moment and he has been placed reliance on these documents. High school certificate is sought to be challenged and thus, he prays that the habeas corpus writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to petitioners to seek appropriate remedy before appropriate forum at the appropriate stage.
