The copy of the marksheets of different papers of the petitioner after the scrutiny of the marks has been produced in the Court today. The result of the scrutiny records that no change is required in the marks obtained by the petitioner. There is no cause for interference. At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not press the relief sought in the instant writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner recasting his relief submits that the petitioner is entitled to get a copy of the answersheet under the Right to Information Act. If that be the case, it is open to the petitioner to apply for answersheet under the Right to Information Act after depositing the requisite fee and following the prescribed procedure. In case, such application is filed, the respondent Board shall act upon it and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of submission of the application.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
