Present petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the O.P. No.2, Tasildar, Tahsil Palia district Lakhimpur Kheri to decide the application of petitioner under Section 38 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, pending before him within some stipulated period.
Looking in the facts and circumstances, O.P. No.1 is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid case pending before him, expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him. It is made clear that Court below shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment in the aforesaid case including the ground of strike. The parties shall fully cooperate in the case.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed of.
