The petitioner seeks to challenge the promotion list on the ground that his character roll for the years 2007, 2008 and for the entire period of the year 2009 was not available and, therefore, could not be placed before the Promotion Committee.
The matter requires consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two weeks time to file short counter affidavit. One week, thereafter, is granted to file rejoinder affidavit.
List on 10th July, 2018.
The question to issue notice to the respondent nos. 7 to 9 would be considered on the next date fixed.
