JUDGMENT / ORDER

Being aggrieved of Exts. P1 and P1(a) penalty orders passed by the first respondent for the month of April 2009 and May 2009 respectively, though the petitioner filed revision petitions, which did not turn to be fruitful, as borne by Exts. P2 and P2(a). In the said circumstances, the petitioner has preferred Exts. P3 and P3 (a) second revisions along with Exts. P4 and P4(a) petitions for stay, which are pending consideration before the second respondent.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, without any regard to the pendency of the proceedings as above, the respondents are proceeding with coercive steps, which hence is sought to be intercepted in this writ petition.
3. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on Exts. P4 and P4(a) petitions for stay, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a W.P.(C) No. 30209 of 2014 : 2 :
copy of this judgment. Coercive proceedings stated as being pursued against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance till such time.
Petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with copy of the writ petition before the second respondent for further steps.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
