2. Petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.56847/2014 pending on the file of the X Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. SPP appearing for respondent No.1 submits that the examination of prosecution witnesses is completed before the trial Court and NBW is issued against the accused for his examination under Section 313 of Cr.P.C.

In view of the above developments, the prayer sought for in the petition does not survive for consideration. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
