Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State, Shri Ajay Kumar, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and perused the record.
Applicant- Silocha Devi seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 0093 of 2021, under Section 306 IPC, Police Station Kurra, District Mainpuri.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicant is ready to surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicant appears/ surrenders before the court below and applies for regular bail, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid directions, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of.
