O R D E R Ag.CJ (Oral):
1. This writ petition is filed as a cause in public interest.
2. We have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Vijaya Shankar S., learned Senior Counsel appearing for Sri N.K.Ramesh, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the record.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not able to show that the impugned tender notification (Annexure-B) issued by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences is in contravention of any provision of rule, regulation or law. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. In view of dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.No.2/2017 does not survive for consideration; it stands disposed of accordingly.
