According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with some non-bailable offences by Mala Police. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner is the accused in Crime No.1597 of 2014 of the Mala Police station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 118(d) of the Kerala Police Act and Section 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code. Both the offences being bailable, the application seeking anticipatory bail is not maintainable and hence, this bail application is dismissed. Sd/-
