2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) informed this Court that in S.C.No.101 of 2011, already charge sheet was filed in this case and it was taken on the file of the Additional District Judge, Dharmapuri and the accused was convicted under Judgement dated 29.01.2013.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Petition is closed.
