1. This Court (Coram : K.S.Jhaveri, J.) by order dated 14.3.2012 was pleased to admit these petitions and grant ad-interim relief qua continuity of service on condition that the respondent workmen shall be reinstated in service within a period of three weeks from the date of the order.
2. Though served no one appears for respondents.
3. Mr.
R.C. Kakkad, learned Counsel for the petitioner tenders photocopy of the communication dated 22.3.2012 addressed by the petitioner Nagar Palika to the respective workmen. Copy of the said communication is taken on record. Mr. Kakkad appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, further states that the respondent workmen in each petition have been reinstated on their original post as daily wager.
4. In view of the above fact, as condition imposed by order dated 14.3.2012 is complied with, ad-interim relief qua continuity of service granted by order dated 14.3.2012 is hereby confirmed and the said relief to continue as interim relief till final disposal of these petitions on condition that the petitioner Nagar Palika shall continue the respondent workmen on the same post till the petitions are finally disposed of. Registry to place copy of this order in all connected matters.
