ORDER:
This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 04.09.2013 in W.P.No.21962 of 2013.
At the hearing, the learned counsel for both parties have stated that the above-noted order of this Court has been modified by the Division Bench, by its order dated 11.04.2014 in W.A.No.656 of 2014.
In view of this subsequent event, the contempt case is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt case before the Division Bench, if the order passed by the latter is violated by the respondent.
