JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application is preferred by the applicant through jail for temporary bail for a period of 21 days on the ground of Bismillah and Akika ceremony of his daughter's at his residence.
Heard.
I have perused the application along with papers. The accused - applicant has been awarded sentence for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code for a period of 7 years along with fine of Rs.4,000, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bharuch in Sessions Case No.138 of 2004. I have also perused the fax message forwarded by the Police Inspector. I have perused jail report of the accused, which shows that the accused remained absconder 362 days while he was on temporary bail. He has not been provided canteen facility also.
In view of the above, the application of the applicant is rejected. Rule is discharged.
