1. Sri Chandra Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the applicants, after being pointed out by Sri Nagendra Srivastava, learned AGA that the date of birth of the victim is mentioned as 10.07.2000 in her High School Examination Cum Marksheet issued for 2017, FIR was lodged on 16.08.2017 and, therefore, on that date she was a minor, thus no protection can be granted even on the basis of compromise or on the basis of marriage solemnized by the victim, prays for withdrawal of this application as he proposes to advice his clients to apply for bail.
2. In above terms, application is dismissed.
