Heard Sri Kamal Singh, holding brief of Sri Ashok Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
After the orders were passed under section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 on 20.5.2015, the petitioner had taken possession as per that order and had also constructed his boundaries. However, he is now aggrieved by the demolition of the boundary walls. In this regard he has moved an application on 27.6.2018 which is pending disposal.
It is, therefore, directed that the application, which the petitioner had moved on 27.6.2018, may be treated to have been filed under section 22/23 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and action may be taken in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
