Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has an alternative remedy of appeal under Rule 5 of U.P. Basic Education of Staff Rules, 1973 against the order impugned.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of on the ground of availability of an alternative remedy.
In case if the petitioner files an appeal within a period of three weeks from today, the appellate authority, namely, Secretary, U.P. Basic Education Board, Prayagraj, shall decide the same in accordance with law by reasoned and speaking order within a further period of three months.
