The petitioner is before this Court assailing the recovery citation dated 28.1.2020 issued by the third respondent/Tehsildar, Patiyali, District Kasganj.
Shri Baleshwar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the contesting respondents, on the basis of instructions, states that the recovery citation has already been withdrawn by the department and as such, the cause of filing the present writ petition no more survives.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
