JUDGMENT / ORDER

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 2. Petitioners are accused Nos.1, 2, and 3 in Crime No.920/2014 of Kadakkavoor Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 324 and 307 read with Section 149 IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is that on 19.08.2014 at 9.15 p.m. they formed themselves into an unlawful assembly armed with deadly weapons like sword, came over to the place of occurrence by a WagonR car and inflicted very serious injuries on the de facto complainant and his friend and thereby attempting to commit murder. The petitioners were arrested on 30.09.2014 and thereafter they have been in custody.

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. It has come out that altogether six severe cut injuries have been sustained on different parts of the body of the de facto complainant and he has been undergoing treatment at Medical College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram. The allegation against the petitioners are very grave and serious. The investigation of this case is not over. Considering the seriousness of the allegations against the petitioners and the present stage of investigation, I am of the view that the petitioners are not entitled to be enlarged on bail.
In the result, this Bail Application is dismissed.
