1. After arguing the matter for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the original petition, preserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the impugned order along with any Rent Control Appeal, if such an appeal becomes necessary, after the final verdict is handed down by the Rent Control Court. These submissions are recorded and the original petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
