The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage bearing No.KL-47/2718 on the route Thriprayar - Azheekode via Natika School, Chamakkala, Asmabi College, Eriyad, Koothuparambu in place of stage carriage bearing No.KL/8 T 3638, in continuation of Ext.P3 temporary permit which is valid till 22.10.2014. 2. If no other person having a better claim has applied for the issuance of temporary permit, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of four months duration within a week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P4. Needless to say, WP(C).27535/14 2 such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to the preferential claim, if any.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
