Learned AGA states that in the connected matter explanation has been sought from the Presiding Officer concerned, therefore, in the present case explanation may also be sought from the Presiding Officer as to why the case is lingering for such a long time and statement is not being recorded in spite of the fact that the petitioner is present on every day.
List and connect with Crl. Misc. Case No.85 of 2011.
In the meantime learned AGA may seek instructions in the matter.
