This petition is filed to withdraw FCOP No.1135/2013 from Family Court, Visakhapatnam and transfer the same to Family court, Vizianagaram to be tried along with FCOP No.92/2012 pending there.
2. Heard both sides.
3. It is represented that FCOP No.92/2012 pending on the file of Family Court, Vizianagaram was disposed of on 18-03- 2014 and revision preferred against the said order is pending as Crl.R.C.No.835/2014 before this Court.
4. Considering the same, this petition is dismissed as in fructuous and as a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Tr.CMP., shall stand dismissed.
