After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after going through the materials on the record, we find that the petitioner has made a strong prima facie case to have an interim order to the effect that till returnable date, attachment of bank account of the petitioner will continue but the amount payable by the petitioner should not be recovered from the attached account. Ms. Maithilee Mehta, learned AGP appearing on behalf of the respondents is directed to communicate this order to the respondents.
